- Masukkan daging dan kacau sehingga agak garing.
- Toleh daging dan tambah air. Tutupkan kuali dan biarkan daging masak sehingga empuk.
- Masukkan kecap manis, sos cili, sos tiram, gula, dan serbuk lada hitam. Kacau rata.
- Biarkan seketika supaya pekat dan rasa daging.

- 1 egg
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 stalks of lemongrass, sliced
- 2 kaffir lime leaves, torn
- 10 pieces of banana leaves, optional
Instructions:
First things first, we have to mix all the ingredients together until they're well combined. It shouldn't take too long, but be sure to mix it thoroughly so that everything is evenly distributed. Once that's done, it's time to move on to the next step.
Next, we need to prepare the banana leaves. If you have them, that's great, but they're not a necessity. If you don't have banana leaves, don't worry, you can just use a baking dish.
