Ingredients:

- 200g of Yee Mee noodles

- 150g of chicken breast, sliced

- 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon of sugar

- 1 teaspoon of pepper

- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup of water

- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil

- Some scallions, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the chicken breast, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, and sesame oil. Set it aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Heat up the cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

3. Add the marinated chicken into the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.

4. Add the water into the pan and let it come to a boil.

5. Break the Yee Mee noodles into smaller pieces and add them into the pan.

6. Mix everything together and let the noodles cook in the sauce for a few minutes until they are soft and fully coated.

7. Remove the pan from the heat and garnish the dish with some chopped scallions.

8. Serve hot and enjoy!
